| See Local Map | The pier has had a recent facelift and now hosts a two acre fun zone with 11 plus rides. They have a 1,300 foot steel roller coaster, a 9 story ferris wheel and an ACTION RIDE THEATER with 2 action films. There are rides geared to children also. Also housed on the pier is the Ocean Discovery Center sponsored by UCLA.; the Hollywood Music Club; Fishing and many places to eat. The famous 1922 carousel has been restored.
